Day 1 — Yogyakarta Arrival & Transfer to Magelang
Arrival at Yogyakarta Airport where the team will be welcomed and transferred to Magelang, the gateway to Mount Merbabu . The journey takes approximately 2 hours, passing through scenic countryside views and local villages along the way.
Upon arrival, participants can check in, relax, prepare hiking gear, and enjoy a restful evening before the adventure begins.

Day 2 — Trekking to Merbabu Camp Area
The real adventure begins as we make our way towards the legendary Mount Merbabu via the scenic Suwanting Trail — one of the mountain’s most beautiful routes.
08:00 – Depart for Merbabu basecamp
08:15 – Arrive at basecamp for registration, briefing, stretching session, and final hike preparations
09:00 – Begin the trek via Suwanting Trail
The trail begins through peaceful tropical forests before gradually revealing Merbabu’s breathtaking ridgelines, rolling savannas, and panoramic volcanic scenery.
10:00 – Reach Post 1
12:00 – Arrive at Post 2 for lunch, prayer, rest, and recovery break
15:00 – 16:00 – Arrive at Post 3 campsite area
Settle into camp with warm welcome drinks and local snacks while enjoying spectacular views of Mount Merapi and the surrounding mountain landscapes.
16:00 – Free time to explore the campsite, capture photos, and enjoy Merbabu’s famous sunset views
18:30 – Dinner at camp

Day 3 — Summit Push & Descent
03:00 – Wake up call, breakfast, and warm drinks

10:00 – Descend from Post 3 back to basecamp
13:00 – 15:00 – Arrive at Merbabu basecamp for cleanup, meals, rest, and souvenir shopping, check into hotel in Yogya city.
