Join the Futsal Fun!

This tournament has 3 categories:

• 🧒 Boys: 3 teams — age group 8–14
• 👩 Female: 4 teams
• 🧑 Male: 3 teams

• Each team will have 5 to 6 players on court at any time.
• Matches may be played as either 5-a-side or 6-a-side, depending on the final arrangement.
• Each team may have 1 to 2 substitutes; substitutes must remain off the playing area, near the sideline / substitution zone.
• Maximum squad size: 7 players per team.
• Team composition and game timings will be arranged by the organizers.

• A minimum of 5 players is required to start a match.
• If a team has fewer than 5 players, other available players may be considered, subject to the referee's approval.

• Each match will be 10 minutes in total.
• There will be no extra time for league matches.
• If a match is tied, it will go directly to penalty kicks.

• ✅ Goalkeeper gloves will be provided.
• ✅ Football(s) will be provided.
• 👟 Players should bring their own normal running sports shoes with good grip.
• Only rubber studs are allowed for those who already have them. Please do not buy them specially if you do not play regularly.
• Players should come in sports attire, preferably with sports shorts.
• The organizers will decide team colours (such as black and white) and will keep spare bibs for team identification.

• A goal counts as 1 goal.
• A goal is only valid if it is scored from the opponent's half.
• Goalkeepers are allowed to come forward and play.

• The top 2 teams in each category after league standings will qualify for the final.
• Play restarts from the centre by the team that conceded the goal.
• For balls going out along the sidelines, play will restart with a kick-in.
• Corner kick-ins will also be applied.
• A free kick will be awarded for every foul.
• If a defending player commits deliberate handball inside their own penalty area, a penalty kick will be awarded.

• Handball will only be considered if it is deliberate.
• The upper boundary of the arm is in line with the bottom of the armpit. Any contact above that line will not be considered handball.
• If the ball touches a player's hand or arm below that line and the referee judges it deliberate, it may be called handball.
• If the ball touches a player's hand or arm unintentionally after being kicked, it will not be considered handball unless the referee deems it deliberate.

• The referee's decision is final for every foul and match situation — no objections from players will be allowed.
• No screaming or abusive behaviour towards any player will be allowed.
• The game must be played in a friendly and sporting spirit at all times.

• Win = 3 points  |  Loss = 0 points
• Tied match → goes directly to penalty kicks (winner earns 3 points)

5. Penalty Kick Rule (if required)

• 3 players from each team will take the penalties.
• Penalties will be taken from the other half penalty box.
• The penalty kick will be conducted without goalkeepers.
• The team scoring more penalties will be declared the winner.
• If the score is still tied after the first 3 penalties each, one additional chance per player will continue until a winner is decided.

• The referee's decision on match control, fouls, disputes, timing, and special cases will be final.
• Organizers' decision will apply for administrative matters.
